When you place an order on our website we ship within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday. Exceptions to this would be if there's a notice on the home page stating there will be a delay or we have a question about your order and are waiting to hear back from you. We will contact you if we do not have the yardage you ordered, but you can also leave us notes when adding items to your cart if you want us to ship the quantity we have or if you need a specific yardage..

We ship via USPS based on weight. (The exception being fabric shipped on bolts, which are shipped via UPS). Orders under 16 oz. ship first class in poly mailers. Orders between 16 oz. and roughly 4 lb. ship in flat rate padded mailers. We can usually get up to 10-12 yards in a flat rate mailer. Orders larger than 10-12 yards/4 lb. ship in medium/large flat rate boxes. Keeping costs down for our customers is important to us, so we will ship in the most cost effective manner and will refund any shipping overages.
Please NOTE: Once in awhile, a package takes a long time to be delivered. This is totally out of our control. If you haven't received your package in a reasonable amount of time, the USPS requires that the issue be handled on the receiving end. Go to the USPS website (www.USPS.com) and select "Find Missing Mail" under the help tab. Complete Step 1 to check the status of your package. If the status says "In transit" go to Step 2 and select "Start Your Form" and answer the questions to fill out the form. If the status says delivered, you need to go to/call your local post office and find out what you should do. Almost always, the packages, for some reason, get "stuck" in the system and completing a Help Request gives it enough of a nudge that it will be delivered in a few days.
For international orders, we ship via USPS and, as stated above, will ship in the smallest packaging available and refund any shipping overages.
